Our relationship with you will be
a highly personal one and you will rightly expect one of our principal
consultants to look after your interests from day one
and thereafter. With this in mind, we restrict
ourselves to a small number of clients per consultant,
which means you will never have to compete for their
time or attention. Moreover, as Rocheberie Consulting
enjoys exceptionally low staff turnover compared to
our larger competitors, you will benefit from
long-term continuity of contact with your personal
advisor.
Fee-based Structure
Unbiased financial advice is hard to come by as
most advisors operate purely on commission. Unlike most 'advisors'
our remuneration comes by way of a fee, payable monthly or annually
to suit you. This fee will reflect the agreed amount of time we
will need to spend on your behalf, including any personal visits.
Receiving a regular fee keeps us financially stable
and guarantees you independent advice. Because we do not rely on
commissions, we are able to be completely unbiased with no vested
interest in recommending any particular product, company or course
of action.
Rebate of commissions
From time to time our advice may attract commissions,
but as a matter of course we would advise you, before any transaction,
if commissions are payable and agree with you how you would like
the money to be used. Typically this could include increasing your
investment, reducing the costs or offsetting against agreed fees.
